I have never dealt with a medical office that has more unprofessional staff. Our provider Cate was fantastic and the only reason I put up with the staff. They billed an insurance company we have never even had. Everytime I needed a prescription filled I would have to call at least 4 times. It was always "Being taken care of" But the requests were never sent to our provider. When the provider left they didn't even bother to tell me until the day of my sons appointment. This is the first review I have EVER publicly written about anything or anyone. Cate is knowledgeable, professional, understanding, easy to talk to, and in my opinion, an expert in her field. All of these things, along with her recommended treatment plan and periodic adjustments when she felt it necessary over the past few years, have significantly impacted my life in a positive, healthy manner. I only wish I was referred to her many, many, many years ago!
