This place is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Do not take your vehicle here! No matter what! We took our car in for a remote start and they said the fab would unlock and lock the doors as well as start the car. It did not. It worked when we left and just a few hours later stopped working. They are unwilling to repair or fix without paying a fee. The owner of this establishment is completely unprofessional. Very sketch place. Pay more and go somewhere reliable!
I took my 2012 Cruze in to there shop on November 5th, 2016. I had them install window tint on all of windows besides the front windshield. I had an appointment at 5 they didn't start on my car until 545. I got my car back and found there was scratches on my doors and window frames, almost all them have some kind of damage. As well as a large gash in my interior, won't return any of my calls. Will be taking them to court
I had my windows tinted in my 05 Lincoln LS, and the install guys melted the fabric on the back package tray under the back window, using a heat gun. I brought it to their attention promptly, and brought the vehicle back for them to inspect shortly after. The owner looked at the damages and acknowledged as well as said they'd replace it. After they realized the cost of repairs, they are denying they had anything to do with damages. Very unprofessional company I recommend not using!
I had my BMW 740il at TintTec to have them remove tint that a company in Milwaukee had put on. Four guys (one being the owner) greeted me at the door. The owner inspected the previous tint and told me they could do the job while I wait. The waiting room was clean with a very large TV, they offered me free water and/or sodas. Two guys (not the owner) removed the tint from my back window and replaced it with darker tint. Fantastic job in about 40 minutes. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place. They did a crap job would not give me a refund or a partial one and I had to take my brand new car in to the dealer and pay $120 to get my door and window frame repaired because of damage they did. Really a poor business and very poor customer service. The owner is young and Unreasonable. Do not take your car here
