I’m sitting here right now for over an hour since my appointment time for a simple blood draw. The staff is super nice here but the service is typical VA. It sucks. If you can afford to go to a private over the VA.. definitely do that

Dr. Yakubov refused to prescribe my medications, because he had failed to look at my record in My Healthy Vet. He was unprepared for our tele visit so he attempted to coerce me into rescheduling to an in-person visit. However, the most egregious aspect of our conversation was he actually said (paraphrasing) if I didn't like his care/treatment (actual quote follows) "I could treat myself."
