We have called Tinton Falls Appliance Repair twice now and we would not call anyone else. They were so good! Knowledgeable with LG and Amana. Will recommend them anytime!
One word: AWESOME! I tried them out because they are local and when I called they said they can send a tech the next day so I said yes! The technician was punctual and professional and good to talk to. He diagnosed and fixed my rattling microwave and concluded that he needed to order a part. Part came in a day after he went back installed and it is WORKING without the rattling sound! I am surprised with the bill because part and repair combined it’s reasonable! I like this company and will recommend to all!
We called for an estimate to look at our broken dryer. They booked an appointment to come to our house between 2-5 pm on Monday. My wife took off work to be there, and they never came or called. My wife called them at 3 pm to see when the guy was coming, since she had to pick up our child from daycare and wanted to plan. They said the guy would call a half hour before arriving.
