Honestly this place used to be my favourite. Tiffany who works there is INCREDIBLE! She takes good care of my nails (builder gel manicure) and they usually last 4 weeks without breakage or any cracks. But unfortunately whenever she’s not available and I get a different nail tech it’s always terrible and chips within days. One time the guy who worked on my nails filed down so badly with the electric drill that my skin was hot from the pressure and sure enough the nails chipped after a couple days again! A very relaxing vibe here. The service was very nice. Walked in looking for a gel pedicure and they took me right away. A great experience and recommended.

‏It was my first time going to this nail shop, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I got a full set done with “ TIM “who was the store manager and owner. After two days, three of my nails came off. I had to drive an hour to go back to him. I even kept the nails that had come off and brought them to him to show that they didn’t break — they had just come off because of the glue. And after he reapplied the nails, the very next day two more nails came off from the glue he had used. And now I have to go somewhere else... read more

I had a terrible experience .The manager, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of addressing my concerns respectfully, he raised his voice at me, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a paying customer, I expected a relaxing and enjoyable experience, but I was met with hostility instead. No customer should be treated this way, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good service.
