I went to Tint World today to have my windshield tinted and I asked to do a Google review because the level of customer service was absolutely AMAZING! I was greeted on the phone by Franklin who was so kind and professional. He was able to get me in and out in a VERY timely manner and walked me through everything from start to finish. I paid $700 for the best quality tint on a Tesla and left with scuffed/scratched tint. The woman working the register insisted it wasn’t scratched and of course it was because my eyeballs can see clearly. The young lady didn’t even want to look at the problem and spoke to me in a patronizing way. What a shame. The real issue is this place was so busy that the guys in the back pump out cars and disregard paying attention to detail. Buyers beware.
