Though I was unable to patronize this location Franklin was patient calm understanding and very knowledgeable of their products
I paid $700 for the best quality tint on a Tesla and left with scuffed/scratched tint. The woman working the register insisted it wasn’t scratched and of course it was because my eyeballs can see clearly. The young lady didn’t even want to look at the problem and spoke to me in a patronizing way. What a shame. The real issue is this place was so busy that the guys in the back pump out cars and disregard paying attention to detail. Buyers beware.
Such a good experience here! I just got my Honda HRV tinted and the service was amazing! They helped us out and their customer service was great! 10/10 recommend!
