I love sticking with local businesses and this one didn’t disappoint. Yesterday was by far the best service I have ever had from ANY company. Hector was AMAZING. He loves his job and it shows. He worked hard and with a very positive attitude. I loved his energy and he fixed my problems. He also educated me on the tankless water heater, which no one else had ever done. I had a fantastic experience with Tuck & Howell. From start to finish, their team was professional, prompt, and incredibly thorough. Tuck & Howell Plumbing, Heating & Air is incredible! They were understanding and accommodating with our early evening call. Tyler, the technician, arrived promptly and was exceptionally professional, courteous, knowledgeable and communicative. He walked us through the entirety of the issues, the steps he took to resolve them, and what we needed to be mindful of and attentive to moving forward. Update (June 2025): Huge thanks to Tuck & Howell Plumbing, Heating & Air for taking such great care of us, again! JD came out to inspect and clean our AC, and uncovered a clogged drain. Now it’s running like a dream—just in time for the summer heat. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.
