I gotta say if you want things done right, you get what you pay for. My whole ac unit with all new duct work in the attic only took 2 days. My water heater took only 3 to 4 hours. Installation, the people I had to deal with are the best in the business. I would like to thank the following people and hope I didn’t leave anyone out: Colby, Jordan, James(water heater), Kole, Blane, Justin, and Hunter. They sent an army of guys to get the job accomplished quickly as possible.

I love sticking with local businesses and this one didn’t disappoint. Yesterday was by far the best service I have ever had from ANY company. Hector was AMAZING. He loves his job and it shows. He worked hard and with a very positive attitude. I loved his energy and he fixed my problems. He also educated me on the tankless water heater, which no one else had ever done. Chandler, Justin, Bryson, Will, Colby, and BJ all did a phenomenal job on our project. Our AC went out, and we needed a whole system replacement. We ended up with a dual-fuel heat pump system that is efficient and quiet. Not only was the installation clean, but they took care of all the little details. I knew they were local when I saw trucks in the school drop off line, and they definitely are a local business that supports their neighbors. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Tuck & Howell to all of my neighbors.

Nate and matt did a fabulous job checking out the plumbing in our home. Thorough, prompt and professional. Highly recommend. We also had Holden come out and service our hvac! He was awesome! Spent the necessary time to research and fix an issue for our unit. Again, prompt, professional and talked through options with us. Will definitely be asking that he come out again. Tuck and Howell understands good service by qualified service techs makes for happy customers.

Hector S. is simply the BEST plumbing technician! He’s exceptionally skilled, thorough, honest, & patient. He is always willing to answer questions, explain what he’s doing, & provide options. Tuck & Howell have been a great company to work with for plumbing as well as installing a new heat pump & providing HVAC maintenance. Today Hector & Nate were a great team flushing our Navien combo-boiler & making sure everything was still running smoothly. It was a pleasure to have them!
