Car detailing cost high, detail job poor. Never recommend.
STOP...STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I took our truck in December to get the radio upgraded and protective film put on it. When I picked it up I could barely tell the difference in the sound and stated that to the rep. After a couple weeks I called and was told it would be another $1300 or $1800 to get it right. That is on top of the $1300 I have already paid. I was told I would get refunded for the speakers. I was extremely impressed with the customer service, the excellent window cleaning and tint application by Fred and Aiden! The owner and Aiden were at the front desk and treated me with kindness and care and gave me a great deal! Young Aiden is learning and is going to be a great employee!! However, they went above and beyond, leveraging their connections to arrange for a complete repaint at an extremely affordable price. They also did an amazing job with my tint and interior detailing. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else! Made an appointment and made a special trip to make sure I had everything and the day of my appointment they made excuses not to do it! And wanted me to leave it there and maybe they would get to it! Like wdym maybe, I had an appointment! Very unprofessional!
