Called to book an appointment. “Tomorrow at 10:00”. Arrived at 10:00 but no one entered the appointment in the computer. “Good news, we can get you in at 10:00.” I turned an left without saying a word.
Personnel polite and work is for the alarm system is unseen. Couldn't tell they were even in the vehicle. I would do business with them again.

Great shop, clean, well organized. The service was great and I felt like a valued customer, you don’t get that too often ten anymore. Explanation of installation when it was done was great as well. They truly care about their work. I will be back!
