Called to get help with some new tech for my car and was fortunate to get an appointment today. The team working was very friendly and the installation was finished earlier than the estimated time.
I'm four months late with this review, but I wanted to share my positive experience with Tint World. This past Christmas, I purchased a remote car starter for my wife. I dealt with Trevor, who was extremely courteous and professional. He walked me through the various options, explaining the features of each one. Great job, good price.
This guy is HORRIBLE! Horrible quality. Horrible customer service. Place is dirty. I wouldn't take a vehicle to this guy. After I provide proof, the owner says they don't do tinting and doesn't even acknowledge the horrible job they did. Useless people. Don't go anywhere near this place.
Lexus RX. Their suggested stereo mod was terrible. Integrated system. I had them redo it. I bought new stuff plus had equip, Morel Virtus, JL W3, Helix.. bad work, wiring still needed work, clips missing, , some dash lights and rear dome light dont work, they were no help. They tore rear passenger door panels and will not owe up for it. New Lexus panels are $$$$, I found only one at a wrecker so far..
