I suffer from Lupus which has caused my skin to burn as soon as it is exposed to UV rays from the sun. It feels like when you're sunburnt and then get in a hot shower or open an oven. Went to Tint World on 5/11/13 to replace what appeared to be a blown HID light. The guy sitting behind the register says it will be $75 for a new bulb. I ask the gentleman to please take a look at my car to make sure that just a bulb is all I need replacing. He replies with if I have to check your car and you don't buy from me, I'm charging you labor fees. Rude, unprofessional, did not want to get out of his chair to help me figure out what was wrong.
