Randy and his crew did an AMAZING job on my Tesla! My husband contacted Tint World because we wanted tint and a ceramic coating to keep our Model 3 in great condition. Randy walked my husband through the entire process on the phone and emailed us a quote for the work that would be done. We made an appointment to go in and discuss the work that would be done. Very do satisfied. Called and got a $299 quote for tinting the windows on my car. Printed a $30 off any tent service coupon from their website. They refused to honor the coupon because the tent was already on "special". Bait and switch. Owner was a complete jerk and rude. I would not recommend this to anyone. Try carry some protection. The staff was completely professional.
Don't Deal with the Attitude If I could rate them a 0, I would. Check out other review sites before going here. I bought an alarm/remote start system from online and tried to install it myself. I got everything working, except the remote start feature of the system. I decided on 6/7/2013, that I should try a professional installer to see if they could finish the job. Randy at Tint World in Cary did it again! Got my calipers on my Challenger painted red, underglow LEDS installed and my headlights tinted. They did a wonderful job! Will be back to get more modifications done and it is always a pleasure to deal with Randy!
This is my second trip to Tint World. They rocked again. Last time was two cars, premium tint. Perfect. This time was a stereo head swap. Another amazing job. The techs at this business really know what they're doing. I couldn't be more pleased.
I had a really great experience at Tint World in Cary! Went there to have my car detailed inside and out, and they did such an amazing job, it literally looked like a brand new car afterwards! Even the tires looked brand new. I'm not really sure how they did that! Everyone there was super friendly too!
Went to these guys for tinting on my new car. I'm 50 and relatively savvy on this stuff. Wow, when talking on the phone they started the major creepy sales guy stuff. I did go with tinting and they did a good job. When talking about installing other electron options, here came the high pressure sales tactics... Really not appreciated and I will go elsewhere. The owner really needs to augment his sales strategy and get some training on how to effectively deal with customers.
Horrible Service... Their detailing is worst. Rude behavior and attitude person at the front desk.. Whatever you don't like in the service, they say "It will not be covered by their package". I will never go there again... Front desk guys have lot of attitude...
Had my SUV detailed there and they chipped the paint. The owner Randy said to get an estimate and he'd take care of it. I sent him the estimate. He never called me. I had to call him. He concocted a tale about the paint and refused to pay. My insurance company is going after him now. BEWARE OF THIS MAN.
