Had my car Ceramic Coated about a year ago (Oct 2022). It's been a year and the whole top of the car's coating is basically gone. I called to ask about the warranty on this very expensive coating and was basically told "since I didn't come in for the Quarterly check" that I had no warranty. I am looking at all the great reviews of this business and wonder why I was not given satisfactory service. I brought my can in on May 5th. I explained that I realized the strong sun would damage my car's interior if I did not get my windows tinted. So imagine my surprise when I noticed that the rim around the vent on the passenger side of the dash was damaged. I told the rep that damage was not there before I brought my car in.
