Hello, I'm an adjacent neighbor of the shop, just relocated to Hagerstown. I've been treated very warmly in general. It's a small town with small town charm and hospitality. When out for a walk around 8:45a this past week, my friend and I sat down on the sidewalk side of the city installed planters, which every establishment on Franklin has, in the rear of the establishment.
