love this shop and the people. great customer service and great work.
I specifically asked for a light tint, but they installed a much darker shade. When I brought it up, they refused to redo it without charging me again. Completely unacceptable.
It’s clear the people working here aren’t properly trained. They damaged the window seals and left blade marks on the glass. Never coming back.
They told me the job would take 2-3 hours, but they had my car the entire day. No updates, no explanation, just wasted time.
The tint has bubbles across multiple windows, and it’s extremely distracting while driving. I went back, and they said it’s “normal” it’s not.
