I just called to get my 2015 Chrysler 200c windows tinted and the women answering the phone was the rudest person I have ever spoke to. I asked if they had a night drop box for me to leave my keys in like the other window tinting place and she said if that made me feel more comfortable I should go with them. WOW I was simply asking how I would drop the car off and get my keys to them. She told me I could drop the car off after hours and bring the keys by during working hours.
