I went in for my appointment yesterday with Deja and I'm so happy I did! I had no idea what I wanted, I just knew I was tired of my natural color, I had greys coming in that I hated and split ends. Deja was so welcoming, she knew just the right questions to ask and she made me feel comfortable the whole way through. She was constantly checking in to see if I was getting what I wanted or if I had any concerns, which is such a big deal when I myself didn't have a concrete plan of what I wanted.
