Awful. Worst customer service ever. Made an appt to have remote start put in - Tim tells us that a valet key needs made - he calls Mazda dealership to set it up. Tells us that worst case scenario the valet key would cost 90$. My vehicle sits at the Mazda dealership ALL DAY without being looked at because whoever dropped my car off told them that my key fobs weren't working and needed reprogrammed. I had dascam to be installed, they told me it cost $85 and made an appointment for 2 days later, next day they called and left a message that my dashcam uses 5 volt but tbe cigarette lighter uses 12 volt, and cost is going to be $175, there was no way they would known if it was 5 or 12 and I looked at manual, it was 12 volt, I guss they saw me that I was interested to do this and tried to overpriced me.

When I called to order a trailer hitch, I was quoted am INCLUSIVE price of $169.95. When the local store called me to confirm, the price jumped to $270! I told them that was not acceptable and to just order me the hitch itself and I would pick it up. I was told that the INCLUSIVE price of the hitch was $139.95. When I went to pick up the hitch, they would not give it to me unless I paid an additional $10 in tax.
