SCAMMER ALERT! Bought the Groupon for my son, scheduled an appointment, but never asked for my address(That sent up red flags immediately). After 4 days of unanswered text messages finally texted me an hour before the appointment with a lame excuse that the job before mine had ran long because they had old tint that needed to be removed. My son rescheduled for two days later only to have his number blocked by this scammer. Immediately filed dispute with Credit card company.
Tint had nothing but Imperfections in it and the “ceramic” is as not really ceramic. Had to get it redone 2 days after they installed the the tint on my truck.
I scheduled an install for today, left work early so that I'd be home when they got here and waited a half hour for them to show up. When they never did, I called them and they told me they did show up, knocked on the door and left. This is not true, as I've been here and have two cameras pointed at the drive so I would have seen them and heard the notification from the cameras. They never called to let me know they were coming, they never called when I "didn't answer the door"... nothing.
Bought a Groupon and feel scammed don’t appreciate not receiving a call letting Me know that supposedly the tint didn’t come in And he moved locations to SA which I couldn’t find the address. Took a half day off to get this done and not happy with this guy
