Very bad customer service asked if my tint could be fixed due to bubbles and other objects inside the tint. We scheduled a date and time for the tint to get fixed I showed up she wasn’t there or didn’t respond to my calls or messages. Very unprofessional I will not support this business again go to winning window tint in South Gate Maple heights!
GREAT WORK ! Very nice! Great customer service! She is amazing !! I only go to her for my tint and she gets it done !! 10/10 definitely recommend !
I went and got a full tint service, she was very professional, great communication skills and the best part she got me in an out…. Definitely will be using her again 10 out of 10
I received a service and the tint was bubbling and I asked for it to be fixed the same day. I didn’t receive a response to get it fixed and that’s all I wanted was the tint fixed but didn’t get it fixed.
Appointment was at 9:30am nobody there when I arrived had to wait 15 more min till someone got there.. I completely explained in the detail section what I wanted done.. she told me she didn’t see I my front windshield in description which it was there and said she would have to charge more for windshield and she didn’t feel comfortable doing it.. big waste of time make and model of car was also In description she could have saved me a lot of time.. customer service wasn’t servicing at all.. was able to to get my deposit back... read more
