Bottom Line Up Front: They lost my car key, insinuated that I had collected it already and I was trying to get a free key out of them. They wanted me to pay for 50% of the replacement key (they ended up paying in full). A few weeks later they found the key in their office. No apology given at any point. I went here with an urgent request to remove some tinting so I could get my car approved through licensing, Kelly was so helpful and they did it so quickly it was awesome, I will definitely be back
