Whomever gets paid to mow the lawns at the duplexes in Taylors is doing half a job, from mowing, weed eating, and using a blower. Grass is all over the sidewalks with many spots missed! This will be the second time I've had guests and the grass is very HIGH! Mowing every other week is not enough!
Rude, unprofessional, disorganized, slow to get anything done, and have some of the worst maintenance people I've ever seen. Save yourself the trouble, don't rent from them, or use them for property management.
I swear that these people are property managers for slum lords. I have been telling them for 4 months now that the roof was leaking. Now due to this our rented property is infested with black mold and the ceilings are falling down which will cause more black mold. If your reading this absolutely do not go through these people.
I can say I have a good experience with Tinsley..I've been with Tinsley for almost 2years.what people have to understand they are a management company witch means if the owner of the property don't want to put the money into the property Tinsley can only do what the owner allows them..they have always been nice to me.I did have a issue and I think her name is Summer she really tried to help me..but its a mirror image talk to them nice and they will talk to you the same.. I'm looking to move I'll stay with Tinsley
They are so rude and unprofessional it sad. There is nothing else to say. I will able to move soon and will be glad.
Don't like this place at all didn't qualify just because my rooms didn't make enough money and have to jobs but i triple the rent by myself it doesn't make since at but they clam its easy to get a place i can't tell i wouldn't recommend nobody to them at all.
