Tinpa Electric always does an outstanding job! This was the third time we hired David to install a new lighting fixture. The first was a combo light/fan on vaulted ceiling. The second was a chandelier over a staircase. Last week we replaced a broken chandelier over our dining room table. Each installation had been absolutely perfect. We had David from Tinpa (Tin is 电 which is Electricity in Cantonese) complete some small jobs in our home. Though he does bigger jobs, we only needed him to replace a couple of outlets and our bathroom vanity lights. David was very thorough. He spent the extra few minutes to pigtail the wires in our outlet to prevent loose connections. He cleaned up after himself (carrying a big vacuum up our stairs) and explained everything well. David Zeng is easily the best electrician I have ever worked with. His excellence at his craft is matched only by the courtesy and respect with which he treats his customers. He is meticulous in his work and extremely clean. He did a major rewiring for us and along the way installed a number of new LED lights, two bathroom fans, and new outlets.
