Tino's replaced our roof. We were very happy with their work and customer service. They responded promptly after our roof was installed when we wanted them to come out when we had questions.
Don't do business with this company This company put the roof on our newly constructed house and when we got the first downpour, that occurred within 30 days of construction, it rained through the ceiling. We explained the problem, they said they would come and never showed up.Then they stopped answering calls. After giving up, we had to find a reputable roofer to come out and fix the problem they caused that they should have covered under warranty. I would NEVER recommend this company.
Great Character We had a major roofing emergency during a storm at our home and within the half hour the problem was solved. They were suggested to us by our neighbors and they even called them for us. From what I remember, we weren't bugged for payment while the insurance company stalled. They were paid, and we are ever grateful for their honesty.
