Tino is fair for a used car guy. He has reasonable prices, and ok quality cars. They have some real gems, like the car I bought from him. Looked brand new and only 60k miles! Loved it!He offers a cash price which is usually \$2000 less than the "in house" financing" price. So if you have cash, or more like youre own financing through a bank you can get a great deal!Only caution is that they "juice" up the air conditioners that dont work, and youre stuck in the heat in a couple weeks after you drive off the lot.
