In my opinion this business stands by their word. I was disappointed and Robert went out of his way to make things right by me . Very professional and my rug was cleaned beautifully . Cannot say enough about the attention I received from Robert. He went above and beyond to do a great job for me. Will use them again and will definitely refer friends and family to them.
