I had my rug re-bound, but the stitching wandered off the edge, leaving parts unattached and already coming loose. I left it for them to fix, but when I returned, nothing had been corrected. They said the person who did it no longer worked there and no one else could fix it. So I had to pay to get my rug back and take it somewhere else to be done properly. This app is not working. It won’t let me upload the photos.
In my opinion this business stands by their word. I was disappointed and Robert went out of his way to make things right by me . Very professional and my rug was cleaned beautifully . Cannot say enough about the attention I received from Robert. He went above and beyond to do a great job for me. Will use them again and will definitely refer friends and family to them.
