Very polite, concise and thorough. The facility was clean with a spacious waiting room with comfortable seating. Knowing we were just visiting the area, they are able to get our maintenance done and found the rattle in the car very quickly. I highly recommend this dealership.

So I had a windshield washer pump quit on my lease vehicle. I tried the auto dealer closest to me and they claimed the pump wasn't under warranty, and they wanted to charge me over $300 for the fix. I called Brett Berger at Tinney (the guy I lease my vehicles from), and he did some calling and checking and determined that there was a warranty error. He got my vehicle in and fixed the next day- no problem, no fuss. It was awesome! I highly recommend getting and servicing your vehicles there. Awesome work!!!
Came in for oil change, guys took time to help me reset my dash menu which I had managed to goof up!
