I'm a long time customer of Ron Tinnerman's agency-could I find lower price insurance-maybe, I've never tried because I wouldn't want to give up the personal touch I receive from Ron and his staff. I HAVE HAD SEVERAL OCCASIONS THAT I NEEDED SERVICE FROM TINNERMAN INSURANCE. HAPPILY ALL CLAIMS WERE HANDLED QUICKLY AND EASILY. THAT IS MY KIND OF SERVICE.
I've had nothing but problems. Ron's office got the wrong payment information for paying my account not once but twice almost three times. My insurance premium was the only thing that ever got paid because of an accounting error not only within his office but also with the insurance company that he found for me.No one in his office nor at the insurance company contacted me when there was an issue with my account. I have appreciated Ron and his crew helping us to update cars as well as answer questions when we have needed to get estimates of damage after mishaps. I also recall that I saved a significant amount when I switched over to the insurance company that he recommended compared to my long time insurance that I grew up with.
