Do not use these guys. My 1998 Honda Accord practically broke down in their lot having overheated and they were new so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. It was sluggish and had no power. They had 4 different diagnosis in the first hour from as simple as an "O2 sensor" to "my engine needs replaced." They worked and changed alternator too. We were leaving AZ pulling a double axle U-haul trailer with a Highlander. Going down a hill the thing got squirly and wound up in a ditch 2 flat tires. He changed our flats recommended a nice hotel, let us use his lot to repack the trailer. He even checked over our tow vehicle to make sure it was still safe to use for pulling the trailer. He did a lot for us and the highlander to get us back on the road to MD. Broke down yesterday afternoon in Springerville, AZ. Found Niall’s Roadside Service on Google. Decided to tow our Company 21’ F-550 back down to Glendale, AZ to our shop. He and his family gave me a tow and were incredibly friendly, thoughtful and generous the entire way. Honest price from exceptional customer service! Thank you to Niall and his family and business for getting me home safely!
Hands down the best shop I've ever worked with! They're fast, honest, and have taken great care of me and my old Jeep! I'll never go anywhere else as long as I'm living on the mountain!
Risked our safety to return a U-Haul truck at this location. This truck has many safety issues yet we were asked to get back in the truck and take it to put $15 of gas in because it was just under what it was when we picked up the broken truck. Pretty tacky customer service if you ask me They also said they were renting out the same truck on July 1 and claim they didn’t know about the damages. Call regarding the entire claim that U-Haul made on this truck. Good luck to whoever is driving this truck for your move.
