This is the worst company, they force you to pay them for free attractions, the tour guide just speak chinise not English in the hole trip and never help to solve problems, the take you to nasty hotels, thrust me donât go with them they just wanna steal your money
I don't even want to give one star! It was two people on the phone today, they both hang out before I questioning. Main thing is they don't understand give clients to information about their pakage trip Hung out between talking is so rude!!! Also voice is so low and speak too quick I understand English is olnot their first language, but when they speak Chinese also speak super quickly! So acknowledge, rude attitude! My husband & I just came yesterday from a 3 days of Marthaâs Vineyard tour, is a wonderful trip.we enjoy a lot specially the whale watching cruise tour. Cape Cod and the Pilgrimâs village tour. Thanx to our wonderful guide Mindy who is very professional and knowledgeable & also our Driver that's brought us back safe & sounds. We recommend this trip to everyone they will enjoy it ð
A good experience overall - took the 3 day Canada/Niagara Falls tour this summer with ROGER...it was short, but well managed & they really fit a lot into a short amount of time. The bus was really nice & hotels/motels that we stayed at were also nice. Roger kept things going as smoothly as possible and I liked that while on the bus he would provide us with some information on the sites we were visiting. I would tour with them again, especially that it was financially reasonable.
