It started when I brought the car in on a Friday just as they opened per their instructions. They did not even look at until Tuesday and that was probably because I called them on Monday afternoon. Then, they held my car ransom because their system was down. They were not willing to bend or negotiate a way around the situation after waiting almost an hour. I offered several solutions to the situation but they refused to negotiate or release my vehicle.
Working with this crew was absolutely amazing! Chrissy was so understanding and made the experience so easy!
Tinley auto used to be my go to shop. Even after having to return vehicles to get worked on after they were “fixed “. I understand that things happen. But when I called today to have them tightened two bolts on a catalytic converter that they installed about six months ago and they told me it would be two days before they could get it in to fix a problem that they caused.
