A big gust of wind caught my drivers side door as I opened it and sprung the door so it was about an inch and a half lower at the latch than it should be to close properly. He took a special tool and bent the door back on the spot. All fixed in a matter of minutes. No charge. Amazing customer service.
Steve was great. I thought I had a big scratch on the side of my car from a parking lot incident, but he looked at it and said it was mostly transfer from the other car's bumper. Then he went ahead and buffed it out to make sure that was the case. He wouldn't let me pay him for his time and effort. They get my recommendation for friendly and helpful service.
Amazing! I had a huge paint scrape on one side of my car and a big dent on the other. I had tryed several products on paint that didn't help. They fixed it on the spot! Great job and super nice people!
This is actually a 4.5 let me explain, got a call on Friday that my car was done, it was not a good time for me and asked if I could pick it up on Monday. They said fine, so Monday around 10:00 am I returned my rental car at enterprise ( by the way very nice people who work there) and walked to get my car. I was told the car wasn’t ready, they hadn’t put the bumper on yet, but I noticed my car wasn’t in the shop and I asked why they didn’t notify me and why they weren’t working on it? My experience was excellent throughout the process. Everyone I saw or talked to was very helpful. I highly recommend this auto body shop. And the added benefit is that Enterprise car rental is right next door!
