I've only been here since September, but I can say that my apartment has been remodeled and I have hardly any complaints. Most of my neighbors are my age and up in my building. Only complaint I have is the neighbors in the building behind me and their loud music. They normally make sure that they play at night.
Now creekside apts . Just moved in a couple days ago and I already love my apartment. Under new management and management is really working hard to fix up the apartments. I placed a work order and 20 mins later someone came out to address the problem. My building is very peaceful. 😊
