THIS PLACE HAS A RAT NOT MICE BIG RAT INFESTATION PROBLEM 05-08-2012 The landlord won't do anything about the mice and rats here. The rats run so frequently it's like they are cats. dam near as big too. The property looks okay, I even rented here just because of the way it looks. Don't be fooled. These are pictures of my apartment before I moved in. Everything was extremely clean. The apartment had new carpet, ceramic tile and the paint looked amazing. In the time that I lived here I never had any problems with rodents or bugs. Terminix came and sprayed my apartment every three months. Any time there was a maintenence issued it got handled promptly. The management and employees where extremely professional. I never had a single problem while living here. They had excellent prices for what you are getting.
I have lived here a long time. when id have a problem they took care of it. You will not find a nicer owner managers than Mike and Darleen. No matter what problem you have here it is taken care of.
I agree with you on the rodent issue. I have lived in the apartments for 2 years and am now moving. Over a 3 week period, I've caught over a dozen mice! They come out in broad daylight and when I went up to the laundry faciliity, I saw HUGE rats running through the area. We have brought these issues to the management, along with the leaking roofs that flood apartments, only for maintenance to "dry" the carpet... until the mold stinch will knock you out!
