I have called many times and left messages and no one returns calls. What I dont get is why list rentals when you dont return calls at all
Extremely poor management company and landlords that are very unprofessional, inattentive, and unresponsive.They really deserve 0 stars. They repeatedly ignore calls and emails, even regarding pressing issues that demand management's attention. The way they manage their properties make them unsafe and uncomfortable places to live. Do not rent from them, unless you want to find yourself in longterm battles with minimal regard from Tinkelman.
Found the management company to be unresponsive and unwilling to resolve issues between tenants.
Very unresponsive, even after payments are made.
This is a nice place with good vicinity. Am looking forward to visiting the place so that I be part of the residents.
