I love this place
First, I was not impressed with the cleanliness. It was very dirty. She grind the top of my nails and I assumed I was getting shellac and it was more important for her to have lunch and I finished my nails so I left with scraped nail bits unfinished not impressed would not recommend
I highly recommend booking Vivian - she’s very detail-oriented when doing your manicure, from applying the base coat and bio-gel to testing colors for her clients. She’s super patient even though I’m her last customer of the day and she’s working overtime. You’ll never regret getting the service here at such a great price (bio-gel refill with a solid color for $40+).
First two pic is what I got. Last pic is what I used as reference. I understand they captured the design concepts but it wasn’t executed well. I have to agree with other reviews where I found the meticulous detail was lacking this time around. I also had some nail polish transfer on some of my cuticles at the end. I even sent them a video ahead of time to ensure they’d be able to study the vid and replicate the design. All that said, I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be returning in the future :(
