I have experienced malpractice from Mark Ting "The Owner" and he yells at others for messing up. His daughter acts like a narcissist saying "You only notice it when we point it out." That is a form of manipulation. It felt like she was shaming me. She knows nothing about my childhood story. I told her but she forgot. In one ear, out the other. I experienced malpractice from Mark and his daughter tried to manipulate me saying “You only notice it when we point it out.” I don’t trust Mark anymore, that look on his face when he worked on me. Maybe I’m over analyzing. He also yells at others for messing up. His daughter seems like she was trying to make me feel bad about myself, like shaming. That was not there before, but they said it was. No it wasn’t liar.

This place is literal trash. My first time coming to this place and it couldn’t have been worst. The old lady (you can see her in the third picture) who did my x-ray was very rushing and rude. The worst part was that she had to operate on me for my dental clean up. I thought my teeth was going to fall off because of how imprecise and hard she was drilling my teeth.
