Don't go to see this dentist. I went there to have my teeth cleaned and had Denti Cal. He never saw me but had a dental technician clean my teeth. A couple of months later, I had a cracked tooth. When I went back to have it checked out, she told me my tooth needed a crown. That's $800. There was no English spoken by her. And when I called back, the office had no English either. They have a very bad management style. You can't expect them to respect your time. They will change your appointment time at any time to accommodate acquaintances, or make you wait for a very long time. I really don't understand why they can still survive without even the most basic respect. I guess they rely on acquaintances to maintain their business. I had appointment at 5pm on 8/4/25 for cleaning with Dr. Ding and I was at denial office at 4:30 pm . I got call in at 5pm which good however, I waited till 5:20 pm . There is person come late and go straight in to the seat and get treatment before me . I don’t is right and unprofessional .

I have experienced malpractice from Mark Ting "The Owner" and he yells at others for messing up. His daughter acts like a narcissist saying "You only notice it when we point it out." That is a form of manipulation. It felt like she was shaming me. She knows nothing about my childhood story. I told her but she forgot. In one ear, out the other.
