Does this provider treat their staff well? Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money Was this provider's office easy to locate? No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS Does this provider always put the customer first? Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Dr ting is thoughtful, thorough and keenly attentative to your needs. She will also offer less invasive solutions to problems before taking a more serious route. She also has a good sens eof humor which so many docs seem to lack

Dr. Ting is wonderful, and I love that she will provide both western and alternative methods depending on your needs. She can always see me and I know I am in good hands.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
