Walked in with my gas tank to inquire about removing rust and relining. Mr Tiner was behind the desk and 2 buddies were hanging out drinking a beer at 3pm. A little odd I thought, but ok whatever. He quotes me a price I thought was higher than it should be and when I inquire about perhaps ways to reduce the cost he abruptly says "You ain't getting no discount". I leave promptly.
