They tell you the appointment is going to take up to 2 hours. What they dont tell you is one of those hours is waiting for the doctor. Their office has signs posted all over it and its a bit off putting of a place to wait. They mostly cater to children but don't have anything to keep children occupied while they wait. Dr Chan was personable and patiently explained my daughters condition. The staff was nice enough. She is patient and knowledgeable.
Dr Chan has such a wonderful bedside manner. She is extremely knowledgeable with one child, and had such a fantastic way of handling my other daughter with special needs. Our family is grateful for her.
