I have been searching for a Subaru Forester Limited for some time. I had one at a different dealership sold out from under me. My experience with Tindol was a very positive experience right from the beginning with each person who spoke to me. Jeff was so helpful, and together with Robin I purchased the car of my dreams without a hitch! Jeff even drove it out to my home on the other side of Charlotte. It was such a pleasant experience. Thanks to the help from Jeff and Jonathon I now got a super reliable and safe used Honda Fit for me and my family! It’s been about a month and a half since I came in and got the car I wanted for a price I could do! Thank you guys for making it so quick and easy and going above and beyond to work with me and make this guys life a little easier.
The service team for Tindol Subaru is beyond top notch! Every time we've been there they have been friendly, extremely helpful, and go out of their way to provide excellent service. Gastonia is a bit of a drive for us for regular service - but it is worth the peace of mind.

I had the great fortune of buying a car today at Tindol Subaru. Anyways, I worked with Cassie and Kevin and had a great experience and was greatly surprised by the extremely smooth process. I was even given the opportunity to talk with the service manager to answer all of my service related questions. I would highly recommend that you go to them for a superior car experience.
I stopped in to talk about getting my Subaru serviced (or at least making an appointment if they were booked for the rest of the day) and received ZERO help. Literally no one spoke to us when we walked in, no one greeted us, there wasn't an "I'll be right with you" it was actually very awkward and uncomfortable.
