This apartment community is small and beautiful, but the issues that I have experienced is that maintenance is not consistent I don’t see a portal to put in work orders. The hallway carpet needs to be updated and the hallways walls need’s to be painted. Also needs better communication about parts that supposedly be installed. Maintenance and good customer service is the heart beat of any business. I don’t want promises, I prefers action because it’s speaks loud and clear.
Great team to work with. They are knowledgeable of the property and its amenities.
Beware!!! Will say or do anything to get you in there and then go silent, won’t fix a thing. There is a reason why they have so many empty apartments.
Charles did an excellent job. Fixed our outside receptacle. It now works. He is very friendly and gets the job done quickly. Faith & John
