The practice is a joke. Went in for woman’s health expecting judgement free quality care. Insanely disappointed, you’re in there for no more than 3 minutes, you’re judged and tried to be talked out of your decision, left to fend for yourself and find proper treatment yourself. Great staff great doctors
This is a great family medical hub and highly recommended. It's an easy process to book appointments both online and by phone. The staff are all welcoming and caring from the front desk, nurses, onsite pathology, and the doctors. There's even a pharmacy onsite. Dr Catherine Bailey is my regular GP and worth her weight in gold!! Dr Bailey has supported me through some tough medical times. I would highly recommend Tindale Family Practice. Myself and family have been attending for over 20 years. The staff are very helpful, the nurses, reception staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and lovely - they genuinely care. Dr Bailey and the whole team are great assets to the Penrith community.
