Very good doctors and reception staff. Nurses very caring and patient.
Dr Bailey is my regular doctor. She is 10/10 and goes above and beyond, i could write a veryyy long review about how great she is and everything she has done for me. I've seen a few other Dr's there too. Dr Oliver is underrated and is awesome. I see him if i can't get in with Dr Bailey in an appropriate timeframe. Dr Reddy is ok. She is a bit blunt but she does listen to you and i've never had any issues there either. This has always been a trusted place to visit. Although my regular doctor isn't always available I am happy that all my records can still be kept in the one place. Parking can get a bit tricky but it is worth it.
Dr Oliver and Dr Dilani are wonderful doctors. My whole family have been seeing them both for years. Very thorough and do not rush you.
They say they have online or telehealth appointments but magically I can never get one, even if I wait online clicking refresh like a crazy woman at the appointed time, or call reception at the appointed time. Then when you get there for the in person appointment you are either going to go straight through, or wait for two hours while a whole bunch of people who made appointments stroll in ahead of you. If only my children would time when they got sick so I could make an appointment days ahead of time.
