They say they have online or telehealth appointments but magically I can never get one, even if I wait online clicking refresh like a crazy woman at the appointed time, or call reception at the appointed time. Then when you get there for the in person appointment you are either going to go straight through, or wait for two hours while a whole bunch of people who made appointments stroll in ahead of you. If only my children would time when they got sick so I could make an appointment days ahead of time.
I went to this practice and seen the first dr available. What a big mistake that was .I was in the room for no longer than 3 mins and was told that there was nothing could be done for my knee (just take pain killers ) I had to ask for an xray and even then he didn't want to that. I was told that I am to young to get my knee fixed ( not that he even looked or checked it ). I went to another dr and I have bone on bone and I have to see a specialist. My family and I have started using this practice as a back up for our usual as she books out and long waits when you have an appointment. Haven’t really had any issues with drs never made an appointment as they charge you unless it’s the day of which is disappointing cause we would switch practices in a heart beat! Walk ins are good mostly found they are quite fast (compared to our usual dr) on a busy day had to wait 1.5 hrs or less. A Lady in reception is very rude, the behaviour she did to me made me more sick at that day ,,please treat nicely to patients,,whoever deals these things should be trained them …thanks
