Horrible customer service! The nail tech had charged my nails before finishing my nails and claimed she didnt know. Insistent on not reprocessing my card correctly only wanted to round of the cost of nails to the tip line. When I asked why cant she reprocess she did not answer only said round up the cost to the tip line. Trying to scam me and didnt even finish my nails trying to charge my card. Incredibly unprofessional.
