This is not a good place. The first couple of times I thought it was, the ambiance is great and so is the owner. The third time I came for a manicure and pedicure and my toes were barely taken care of, no filing or done in a rush. The next day my toe nail touched my pants and broke off. The manicure was so bad, when I went to take care of my nails myself, I found that they had applied some of their gel products because I had glue on my nail bed so they must have used the gel base. Big time hustlers!!! Took my dad for getting his nails trimmed and specifically made appointment for only that and mentioned it as well when entering. At the front desk the lady kept asking manicure and pedicure but I said no and just nails trimming and when they were done they charged for manicure and pedicure! Came in looking for serious help after a bad set in Livermore. Shayla literally saved my life. She takes her time on nails and pays so much attention to detail. She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted and more. I really recommend Shayla to EVERYONE! My previous nails broke after just two days and the nails she put on me are so much sturdier, classy, and trendy! I recommend this place 10000%
I love when the main focus is on the nail filing. She took her time to make sure all the nails looked the same, smooth, and seamless. My Vday nails.
I had a terrible experience at this salon. I had an appointment with Sheila for gel extensions, and the results were incredibly disappointing. The very next day, the extensions started coming off. Not only that, but they were riddled with air bubbles and looked puffy and uneven. For the price I paid, I expected professional, long-lasting results, but instead, I ended up with a poorly done job that didn’t even last 24 hours. This was a complete waste of time and money.
