I’d leave a -0 for a review but I can’t. Can’t believe this guy is even in business with his lack of customer service. Went to the door and he refused us and said appt only. How does anyone deny customers for a possible sale?? This individual needs some courses in customer service.
The guy is a crook. Told me my 22k gold bracelet was woth nothing and that it was gold plated. Went and got a second opinion. My gold bracelet was appraised close to $4000.

Stay away from this shop. The man is plain rude to his customers and gives outrageous prices for repair work that should not be needed on brand new items. He tried to take me for 160 bucks lol Not. When we returned to show mike the item he refused to pay for the dead battery in which he put in. Im born and raised in preston cambridge the people of my community need to know about this crook. He will have to answer to god for his fictitious repair work and lies. Sometimes one must do whats right in life. Samson
