Dr Mantanona has been wonderful at treating my mother. After so many years unhappy with her previous primary care physician we finally found someone that is compassionate and thorough in her explanation. She takes every step needed to ensure she gets to the root cause of her health issues and we never feel rushed.
Wow...i thought this doctor was good at first visit. Second time - all concern is about insurance not covering tests and that is diagnosed is based from my words, and not from even a touch of physical exam! not to mention to schedule that appointment was a pain.
Horrible experience. Dr. and her office ignored repeated calls to refill necessary prescription. They did not refill prescription without telling me. This lack of courtesy is completely unacceptable and rude. She represents NW med group very poorly. Avoid this doctor. NW med group wanted me to agree to a fee to page a doctor after hours - just to page one they wanted me to agree to a fee! After regular switchboard told me to call after hours. Uncool. Disgraceful. It is beyond my understanding h
