Nova Eye Care Center, LLC was established in 2008 by an independent Alexandria optometrist, Dr. Tina Vu Kelly (formerly Dr. Tina Vu). Nova Eye Care Center was located next to Sears Optical in Landmark Mall in Alexandria for 5 years. In July 2013, we moved to a a new location in Alexandria.
