Worst dental care I've ever received, and worst treatment by office staff once I told them I wanted my records to go to another dentist. I would NOT recommend this dentist.
Never felt sure of what Dr Theroux was telling me, she was always very quick and seemed bothered when I asked questions. And the office staff was never helpful - never following up anything without multiple calls/requests. Ended up going to another dentist to get a second opinion before a procedure she recommended and was I glad I did! Dr Theroux had recommended one procedure and said that the tooth would be a candidate for a crown later on. Worst experience with a dentist / office ever. Ruined my mouth when I had two small cavities filled. Poor communication, did not resolve the problem and actually said anything she would do would just make it worse. Hygienist left my mouth sore for days after a cleaning. Office staff don't follow up with calls when they say they will. Irene is horrible - condescending and rude - no consideration for others whatsoever.
