Went in for a Silk Press. Tina was an HOUR late, and tried to charge my card $60!!! Super rude and unprofessional, and shop was dirty. Would not recommend this place. Edit: calling customers sad and corny funny because you agreed to do my hair and didn’t show up so I left and you still tried to charge my card! you’re a liar and rude. Such a great experience!!!
My appointment was scheduled for 12:15, and I arrived at the salon on time, but the stylist was still not ready to do my hair. When I inquired about the delay, she displayed a rude attitude and told me to sit outside the salon, saying she would call me when she was ready. I waited until about 12:29 before asking her if I would be charged for the appointment if I decided to cancel.
